Cobrowse API

Overview of the Cobrowse Visitor APIs used to programmatically control, customize, and secure the visitor-side session experience.

The Cobrowse Visitor API gives you access to the Glance session lifecycle directly in your frontend code, letting you move beyond the default widget to build a custom support experience.

Developers can build listeners to handle remote control requests, track document downloads, or pause the session state during Single Page Application (SPA) view changes.
